In 1986 Bill moved the company to 1314 Ellerbe Street in Columbia. With the new millennium came more changes. Bill began the process of handing down the reins. In January 2002, Bill's youngest son Tim became the third generation owner. Tim has worked with his dad for over 17 years and has a State Mechanical License as well as a Master Gas Fitter License. In the summer of 2007 Tim relocated the business offices to the present location at 620 Frink Street in Cayce, SC
